Business Skills Apprenticeships

2 new Business Skills pathways are being launched in Spring 2024. Up to 100% fully-government funded depending on age and employer size.

Level 3 Team Leader/ Supervisor

Core Purpose: Managing teams and projects to meet a private, public, or voluntary organisation’s goals

Course Duration: 12 months + EPA

Mandatory Qualifications: Functional Skills Maths and English Level 2

Ideal For: Room leaders and aspiring managers

Course cost: £225 contribution (unless 16-18 and small employer)

Core Purpose: Supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and with customers.

Course Duration: 18 months + EPA

Mandatory Qualifications: Functional Skills Maths and English Level 2

Ideal For: Back room staff and business administrators

Course cost: £250 contribution (unless 16-18 and small employer)

While working as an apprentice you are entitled to the National Minimum Wage, £5.28 per hour for apprentices.

Apprentices aged 19 and over, and not in their first year of their apprenticeship are entitled to the National Minimum Wage for their age group.
