Specialists in Early Years Training and Apprenticeships
Formed in 2015, Showcase Training entered the market as a training provider with a clear vision to deliver Early Years apprenticeships and qualifications to the highest possible standard. In the years that followed the Showcase team have successfully maintained these core values, specialising in Early Years Education and Training.
At Showcase Training, we pride ourselves on delivering quality apprenticeships and courses that engage, challenge, and excite learners by creating opportunities for individuals regardless of barriers or background. Our reputation is built on performance and the amazing outcomes for our learners, all who work with us remain as passionate about this today as they were when they first started.
Showcase Training is proud to have a highly knowledgeable and experienced team of tutors, each with a strong background in Early Years education. Tutors visit learners regularly typically every 4 to 6 weeks to offer personalised support, guidance on coursework, and assistance with assessments. This ongoing engagement helps maintain motivation and ensures apprentices stay on track to achieve their qualifications successfully. The entire team is deeply motivated, passionate, and dedicated to supporting learners in their development.
Across the South of the UK, Showcase Training has built strong, lasting relationships with nurseries, pre-schools, and childcare providers. We take pride in working closely with each setting, fostering trust and collaboration to ensure the highest standards of training and support for both learners and employers.
We offer a comprehensive free recruitment service that includes advertising, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, making it easier for Early Years providers to find the right talent. We provide expert employment law advice, impartial Early Years consultancy, and keep our learners up to date with the latest industry news. Our online learning platforms and portfolio systems, combined with access to classroom facilities, ensure flexible and effective training tailored to individual needs.
We offer tailored help with mental health and wellbeing, career advice to help learners take their next steps, and support for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We also support learners with Functional Skills training in English and Maths to help them build confidence and succeed.
We understand that the foundation of a child’s development is shaped in their earliest years. Therefore, Showcase Training aim to equip apprentices with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to make a positive difference.

Our Apprenticeships and Qualifications
At Showcase Training, we are passionate about apprenticeships and the wide-ranging benefits they offer for both career advancement and personal development. We believe that apprentices bring a wealth of fresh ideas and perspectives to a business whilst allowing employers to tailor their training specifically to meet their unique needs.
Standalone Childcare Qualifications are offered to those who do not wish to undertake an apprenticeship route. The qualification follows the same curriculum and units as the apprenticeship, however the learner is not required to complete Off The Job Training, End Point Assessment or Functional Skills. The course is self-funded or paid through Advanced Learner Loans, and can be completed at the learner’s own pace.
