About Us
Our experienced team is dedicated to helping every learner grow in confidence, achieve their qualifications, and build a rewarding career in Early Years education.
Passionate About Early Years Since 2015
Showcase Training has been championing Early Years education since 2015, with one simple mission – to deliver apprenticeships and qualifications to the highest possible standard. What started with a clear vision quickly grew into a trusted training provider specialising in Early Years Education and Training across the South of the UK.
“Passionate about creating brighter futures through Early Years education.”
A Team That Truly Cares
What really makes Showcase different is the team behind it.
Our tutors bring years of hands-on Early Years experience and genuinely care about every learner’s journey. Apprentices receive regular visits every 4–6 weeks, offering personalised guidance, support with coursework, and help preparing for assessments.
It’s this ongoing encouragement that keeps learners motivated, on track, and feeling supported throughout their qualification.
Putting People First
At Showcase Training, people always come first.
We’re passionate about creating opportunities for learners from all backgrounds, helping individuals build confidence, gain qualifications, and develop rewarding careers in childcare and education.
Our apprenticeships and courses are designed to engage, challenge, and inspire, giving learners the support they need to thrive every step of the way.
Building Strong Partnerships
Over the years, Showcase Training has built fantastic relationships with nurseries, pre-schools, and childcare providers across the South.
We work closely with every setting to create strong partnerships built on trust, collaboration, and a shared passion for high-quality Early Years education.
More Than Just Training
And it’s not just training we support with either.
We offer a completely free recruitment service to help childcare providers find the right people for their teams. From advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to screening and shortlisting, we help make recruitment that little bit easier.
Alongside this, we provide:
- Expert employment law advice
- Impartial Early Years consultancy
- Regular industry updates
- Flexible online learning platforms
- Digital portfolio systems
- Access to classroom facilities
All designed to keep both learners and employers informed, supported, and set up for success.
Flexible Support
Flexibility is a huge part of what we do.
With online learning platforms, digital portfolio systems, and classroom facilities, learners can access training in a way that works best for them.
We know that learning isn’t one-size-fits-all, which is why we also provide tailored support around:
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Careers advice
- SEND support
- Functional Skills in English and Maths
It’s all about helping learners feel confident, capable, and ready to succeed.
Shaping Futures Through Early Years
At Showcase Training, we understand just how important the early years are in shaping a child’s future.
That’s why we’re so passionate about equipping apprentices with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make a real difference in children’s lives every single day.
Our Apprenticeships and Qualifications
At Showcase Training, we are passionate about apprenticeships and the wide-ranging benefits they offer for both career advancement and personal development. We believe that apprentices bring a wealth of fresh ideas and perspectives to a business whilst allowing employers to tailor their training specifically to meet their unique needs.
Standalone Childcare Qualifications are offered to those who do not wish to undertake an apprenticeship route. The qualification follows the same curriculum and units as the apprenticeship, however the learner is not required to complete Off The Job Training, End Point Assessment or Functional Skills. The course is self-funded or paid through Advanced Learner Loans, and can be completed at the learner’s own pace.
