We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment where every learner feels valued and understood. Mental health challenges come in many forms, and we offer tailored assistance to meet each individual’s needs. Our aim is to foster emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth.

Showcase Training and Solent Mind
Solent Mind is a leading mental health charity serving Hampshire, including Southampton, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, and the New Forest. As part of the national Mind network, it provides a wide range of services to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. These services include mental health support, wellbeing training, mental health first aid courses, advocacy, and workplace mental health training. Solent Mind operates several wellbeing centres across the region, offering goal-focused mental health support, peer support services, and crisis services. They also run campaigns to raise awareness, improve services, and promote understanding of mental health issues. The charity is independent but affiliated with Mind, the national mental health charity, and is registered as a charity in England and Wales.
Showcase Training is proud to announce our official corporate partnership with Solent Mind. As part of this exciting collaboration, we are committed to supporting Solent Mind’s vital work in promoting better mental health across our communities. Throughout the year, Showcase Training will be actively involved in a variety of campaigns and initiatives designed to raise both awareness and funds for mental health services. This includes participating in community events, hosting fundraising activities, and promoting mental health education within our networks. We are passionate about making a meaningful impact and look forward to working closely with Solent Mind to champion mental well-being for all.

The Lighthouse Service – Bitterne and Shirley
The Lighthouse is a welcoming, non-judgmental mental health support service for individuals aged 18 and over. It offers short-term, in-the-moment assistance in a comfortable and supportive environment, without medication or therapy. With a focus on peer support and activities, the service also provides access to additional resources.

The South West Hampshire Safe Haven
The South West Hampshire Safe Haven provides informal, non-judgmental, out-of-hours mental health support for those in need in the South West Hampshire area.
The service offers in-the-moment support, peer support, and access to additional resources. It is not a medical service and does not provide medication or therapy but can help connect individuals to further care as needed.
